Blue Springs Lake

Blue Springs Lake is the most popular lake in Blue Springs. It is located in Fleming Park and offers 720 acres of water fun! You'll see water skiing, tubing, power boating, and jet skiing! Blue Springs Lake also features 6 picnic shelters and campgrounds. There are walking trails near by as well.  It's the perfect place to get active,  or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the warm weather and refreshing water.

Lake Jacomo

Located in the heart of Fleming Park, near Blue Springs Lake, is Lake Jacomo. If you're wanting a more calm vibe, this is the lake for you! This lake has a limited horsepower regulation which offers a relaxed outing for the water enthusiasts. It's perfect for sailboats, kayaking, canoeing, or taking a leisurely ride on a pontoon boat. Lake Jacomo has 3 boat ramps for easy access, and the marina provides everything you need for fishing. In addition, there are also picnic shelters, camgrounds, and other fun attraction sites nearby.

Lake Remembrance

Lake Remembrance is a small, beautiful 54 acre lake that offers serenity for the fishing enthusiast. Swimming is not allowed here, but canoeing and kayaking are allowed all year round. There is a walking trail that surrounds the lake, and attached an entrance for the Blue Springs Dog Park. Bringing your furry friend along would make for the perfect outing!

Burr Oak Woods Convservation & Nature Center

Burr Oak Woods was purchased in 1977, and the nature center was built in 1982 making it the first nature center built in the state of Missouri. It features 1,071.4 acres of restored woodlands, prairies, limestone boulders, steep forested hillsides, and a trail complex leading visitors through many of the features that the center provides. Some of the main attractions guests love to do are the interactive exhibits, bird watching, hunting, fishing, hiking, trapping, and touring the grounds.

Fleming Park

Fleming Park features both Blue Springs Lake and Lake Jacomo giving you endless opportunities for water & land activities! The total water area is 1,690 acres, and the total land area is 7,809 acres. The amenities include 2 full service marinas, campgrounds, picnic shelters, fishing docks, and boat ramps. Additional features include 4 soccer fields, Kemper Outdoor Education Center, Missouri Town 1855, Native Hoofed Animal Enclosure, and a radio controlled model airplane field.

Keystone Park

Keystone Park is located in a residential neighborhood, and is comprised of 42 acres of land. The best time to visit this park is the winter, when it snows! It is widely known that Keystone Park has the biggest sledding hill in the area. It also features a shelter house, playground, 2 lighted softball fields, and a walking/jogging trail.

Rotary Park

Rotary Park (at Railroad Lake) is a treasured park in the Blue Springs community. It's hosted many weddings and summer concerts. There are 12 acres of land and it's home to Vesper Hall. Rotary Park is home to sand volleyball courts, a basketball court, 2 shelters, a gazebo, a walking/jogging trail, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, public art, and an arbor walk.
