For more than 35 years, the Overland Park Farmer's Market brings the residents together creating a high-spirited public gathering and a joyous sense of community. They provide farm-to-table food and vendors offer a wide variety of products from fresh produce to unique specialty items. Right now, they are open on Saturday's from 8 a.m. - noon.
The Saturday hours will change starting April 17th: 7:30 a.m - 1 p.m.

Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead is the perfect location for a family day out. You can see over 250 animals, learn about flowers and vegetables, bottle feed baby goats, milk cows, and ride a horse drawn wagon through the woods!
This exciting event is the largest fireworks display in the KC metro!! Thousands of people attend each year to enjoy fireworks, music, and activities for the children. And don't worry - there is plenty of grass space for blankets and lawn chairs.
